3.3 Account Closure. merah88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or behaviour detrimental to other players or the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. merah88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the merah88 Platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Players are responsible for reviewing current minimums before initiating transactions.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Any such conduct will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and possible permanent account suspension.

10.2 merah88's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 merah88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk using their own equipment and internet connections.
